Q: Do I pay for the return shipping?
Yes you pay for the return shipping since we did not charge for shipping in the first place.
Q: If I puchased five boxes, used one and returned the other four? Will I get a refund for all five boxes?
You will only get the refund for the remaining four boxes, however if you return a partially used box, you will get a full refund.
Q: How do I return a product?
Simply return the unused portion of the item and We will issue a full refund for the product.
Q: How much does Expedited Shipping cost?
That depends on the quantity of items you purchase. Before you pay, our sytem will let you know excatly how much your shipping cost is.
Q: Is standard Shiping really free?

Q: If I get charged twice accidentally, how will I get my refund?
